Crunchy Cauliflower Salad

CrunchyCauliflowerSaladDana and I love to travel. We both have been to France separately but never together, until that can happen I thought I would make her this French salad.This quick and easy salad to accompany a dinner party or just any night you want a delicious, nutritious salad.

From our kitchen to yours, Bennett

Ingredients

1 head, caulilflower
½ cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives
Sun dried tomato, chopped
Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh taragon, chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
2 teaspoons olive oil
Sea salt

Directions

Remove florets from cauliflower
Slice the florets into ¼” horizontal pieces
Place in a medium bowl and add olives, tomatoes, basil and tarragon
Zest the lemon into the bowl, then add the juice of the entire lemon
Add olive and sea salt

Serves 4
