Grilled Bok Choy


This could be the easiest and one of the tastiest recipes we have ever had at Paleo Kitchen Stories, and it all happened by mistake. We received our CSA for the week and noticed we hadn’t used our Bok Choy. I asked Dana to wash the Bok Choy and came back and all the stems were removed – not what I had intended. Anyhow, I coated them with some coconut oil, coconut aminos, and salt and pepper and grilled them for about 8 minutes to perfect.

1 Large bok choy
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
Salt and pepper to taste


Purposefully clean and remove the stems from the bok choy
Dress them in coconut oil, aminos and salt/pepper in bowl
Make sure they are well coated
Grill for about 8 minutes move around so that you get nice grill marks
Set aside and serve with your favorite grilled protein

Serves 3-4
