Pumpkin Bread

Fall is one of my favorite seasons, I love the changing leaves and mostly I love pumpkin everything. So this is the start of my pumpkin baking season and I started out with this yummy Pumpkin Bread. You can even reheat it and add melted grass fed butter to the top.

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves
½ cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons honey
3 eggs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a food processor combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and spices
Add pumpkin, honey and eggs and pulse for 2 minutes
Scoop batter into a mini loaf pan
Bake 35-45 minutes
Cool for 1 hour
